Support
Sixty-Six ("66") is a countdown app that helps you repeat and hold onto an activity over a 66-day challenge, on iPhone and Apple Watch.

When reporting an issue
These details help us reproduce and fix a problem faster:
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- The exact steps that led to it
- Whether it happened on iPhone, Apple Watch, or both
- The app version (Settings → the "···" menu at the top of Home, or your TestFlight build number)
- For an import problem, the session file concerned, if it contains nothing personal
If you're on the TestFlight beta, a screenshot or short screen recording is very useful too. You can attach it directly to your email.
A few common questions
Does 66 work without an internet connection?
Yes. 66 is designed to work fully offline: starting a challenge, tracking activities, alarms, and your history all work without any network access.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. The Apple Watch companion is optional and extends the iPhone app; every core feature works on iPhone alone.
How do I change the app's language?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, scroll to 66, and look for a "Language" entry. It lets you pick a language for 66 specifically, independent of your other apps.
Is my data ever sent anywhere?
No. See our Privacy Policy for the full explanation. Everything stays on your own devices.
What is a session?
A session is a ready-made activity with its phases and their durations: a HIIT workout, a walk, a yoga routine, a language practice. The sessions on this site download as a file that you import into 66: Activities → "Import a session" → "Choose a session file". You can edit names, durations and rests before adding the activity, then run it as a free session or add it to a challenge.
What do "Verified 66 origin" and "Unverified origin" mean?
The files on this site are signed by 66: when importing, the app checks the signature and shows "Verified 66 origin". A file you prepared yourself, or received from elsewhere, has no such signature and is shown in orange as "Unverified origin". That is not an error, only a reminder to review its contents before adding it. If you edit the preview of a signed session before adding it, it becomes a "Personalized session". A file whose 66 signature no longer matches its contents is refused.
How do I prepare my own session?
In 66, open Activities → "Import a session" → "How do I prepare my file?": the guide provides an example file and the instructions to give your preferred assistant, from a video or a workout plan. Check the exercises, their order and the timings before importing; if a timing is missing, supply it rather than letting it be invented.
How do I start my music with a word during an activity?
Open an activity, or create one, and in its "Music" section choose "This iPhone" (a playlist created beforehand in the Music app, or titles picked one by one) or "Link" (a video or a playlist, on YouTube or another service). Start the activity, then say "Siri, Boost SixtySix". A "Music" button does the same on the screen of the running activity. Siri must be on; the first time, it asks for an activation. The full guide is in the app: Settings → Help → "Music and voice".
Why does my iPhone ask for the code before starting the music?
Because the music of that activity is a link. A link opens in another app, and iOS opens none from a locked iPhone. Two ways out: choose "This iPhone" in the "Music" section, which starts with the iPhone locked; or, if you wear an Apple Watch, let it unlock your iPhone in Settings → Face ID & Passcode.
Siri opens a web search instead of my music
The app's name is missing from the phrase, or no activity is running. Start an activity that has music, then say "Siri, Boost SixtySix". The app also answers to "66" and to "soixante-six".
